Shipping Policy It is our goal to ship your order the same day it is placed if we receive your order before 12:00 PM Mountain Standard Time. It takes 3 to 7 business days for delivery within 48 US continental USA states. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day. We ship to USA and Canada.
If the item is damaged during the shipping, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery. Please check for all shipping damages, and we will provide you with free replacements parts within the 30 days warranty period. First shipment of shipping damaged replacements are free, but any shipment for replacements afterward will have shipping and handling charges.
Recommended: Signature Required for packages We offer $2 fees for "signature required" as insurance option against stolen or lost packages during time of delivery. If you don't request a signature during time of purchasing, package will usually drop at the door without people sign for it. If package lost or stolen after delivery, you will be responsible for the lost package. We cannot make insurance claim against shipping carrier for lost package without a signature requirement. We highly suggest a signature request for packages in a busy neighborhood. "FREE SHIPPING OFFER" do not include insurance and signature requirement. |
