Warranty We guaranty our products from manufacturer defects within the first 30 days of placing your order. This warranty covers exterior visible manufacture defects and defaults only. For example, a visible crack on the item from manufacturing is covered. Inspect engine for exterior physical defects before you fuel it. Warranty does not cover fueled items. We do not cover misuse or broken parts caused by the user or by any other event. We do not cover cosmetic features of the product such as minor scratches and paint chips. Inspect all the nuts and bolts after a period of riding. Missing or damaged parts due to vibrations are not under warranty. Due to extremely low price and profit margin of our products, warranty only apply to the first shipment, which means there will be no more warranty afterward. Any additional parts that are needed will require customer to pay for all charges. We may require the original part be returned to us with a copy of the invoice and a brief statement indicating the defective nature of the merchandise. Upon arrival, we will verify the defect. Please note, items are covered for regular use, if we find the cause to be from misuse or abuse the item(s) may be outside the warranty and the customer may incur repair/replacement charges. Replacement parts are shipped without charge, but it is customer's responsibility to physically install the replacement parts. If it is necessary for the product to be returned for repair or replacement, customers are responsible for the shipping cost to and from our location.

Shipping Damaged Items If the item is damaged during the shipping, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery. Please check for all shipping damages, and we will provide you with free replacements parts within the 30 days warranty period. First shipment of shipping damaged replacements are free, but any shipment for replacements afterward will have shipping and handling charges. |
